Welcome to Gifts Hospice

GIFTS is a charitable organisation which provides practical, social and emotional support to sufferers of a life-threatening illness, their family and carers.

If you are local to South West Lincolnshire and need any such support, please browse this site to find out what GIFTS can offer. If you think we can help, then please feel free to contact us and, with your permission, our Nurse Manager or her Assistant will visit you in hospital or at home to discuss your needs in more detail.

GIFTS works alongside Community Nurses, your GP and other medical professionals, Social Services, Ministers of Religion, local hospitals, pharmacists and voluntary organisations. We can link in with the service provided by any or all of these services to achieve a personalised package of care for each of our guests.

There are many aspects of our service. You are invited to accept one, or all of them, depending on your needs, free of charge.

GIFTS is a registered charity and depends very much on the support by the local community and a rich source of enthusiastic volunteers. Volunteering and fundraising can be fun, a great way to make new friends and learn new skills.
